Giuseppe Arcimboldo (also spelled Arcimboldi; 1527 - July 11, 1593) was an Italian painter best known for creating imaginative portrait heads made entirely of such objects as fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, and books.
Flora is an Oil on Panel Painting created by Giuseppe Arcimboldo in 1589. It lives in a private collection. This particular painting was used as the 2009 cover for the album “Bonfires on the Heath” by the English pop band The Clientele.
